MyNextEx ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MyNextEx mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted).
Profile Information: Name, age, gender, location (city), bio, photos you upload, relationship preferences, and selected personality traits ("red flags").
Usage Data: Swipe activity, matches, messages, app interaction patterns, and feature usage.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and anonymized identifiers for analytics.
We do NOT collect:
With Other Users: Your profile information (name, age, bio, photos, red flag score) is visible to other users of the App. This is necessary for the dating functionality.
Service Providers: We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication. Your data is stored in compliance with industry security standards.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Access & Update: You can view and update your profile information at any time through the App.
Delete Account: You can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@mynextex.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
Block Users: You can block any user, preventing them from seeing your profile or contacting you.
Report Content: You can report inappropriate profiles or behavior directly in the App.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
MyNextEx is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@mynextex.com.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
